摘要
为解决利用传统方法开拓巷道工人劳动强度大、生产效率低、巷道成型差、安全系数低等问题,设计了用于开拓巷道的硬岩掘进机泛电气系统。该系统将传统电气系统设计与计算机技术、网络技术相结合,使该系统集普通数据、语音数据以及视频数据为一体,全面、立体地对硬岩掘进机工作进行控制和监控。所设计的泛电气系统已经完成工业性试验,结果表明其运行安全、稳定、巷道成型较好、工作效率较高,达到预期设计目标。
In order to solve the problems of using traditional methods to develop roadway with high labor intensity, low production efficiency, poor roadway forming and low safety factor, integrated electrical system for hard rock roadheader used in roadway development was designed. The system combines the traditional electrical system with computer technology and network technology, so that the system integrates common data, voice data and video data, controls and monitors the work of the hard rock roadheader comprehensively and stereoscopically. The industrial tests of designed integrated-electrical system has completed, and the results show that it is safe, stable, well formed, and has high working efficiency, achieving the expected design goals.
