摘要
目前桌面级FDM3D打印机具有结构稳定性差、打印产品成型颜色单一的缺点。为了解决FDM3D打印机的不足,基于普通的并联臂FDM3D打印机,进行机械结构设计与优化和控制系统设计与开发,设计出一种FDM的多色3D打印机。通过整机实验平台的搭建和3D产品打印的实验,该多色打印机能够实现多种颜色的混色打印,为FDM3D多色打印提供了一种新的解决方案。
At present,desktop-level FDM 3D printers have the disadvantages of poor structural stability and single color of printed products.In order to solve the shortcomings of FDM 3D printer,this paper designs a FDM multi-color 3D printer based on the common parallel arm FDM 3D printer for mechanical structure design and optimization and control system design and development.Through the construction of the whole experimental platform and the experiment of 3D product printing,the multi-color printer can realize multi-color mixed color printing,providing a new solution for FDM 3D multi-color printing.
