摘要
设计开发了基于飞秒激光“冷”加工技术的固体危化品切割机床,通过切割工艺分析,计算了机床关键设计参数,给出了机床总体结构和分系统方案,通过开展切割工艺试验,验证了机床设计的合理性与有效性。
In this paper,the cutting machine tool forsolid hazardous chemicals based on femtosecond laser is designed and developed.By means of analysis of cutting craft,the key parameters of the machine tool are calculated.Upon that,the overall structure and subsidiary units design plans are presented.Eventually,the cutting experiment of the solid hazardous chemicals shell is conducted,which verifies the rationality and effectivity of the design.
