摘要 根据我国煤矿坑道钻杆接头内螺纹加工过程中不断屑现状,影响钻杆生产自动化进程,进行了钻杆接头内螺纹加工自动化试验研究。试验通过对固定式断屑器、改变车削路径、旋风铣削以及高压冷却4种断屑方法进行调研与试验研究,并根据试验断屑效果、加工效率、质量达标率以及工业应用等情况,进行了对比优选,最终选择了旋风铣削加工钻杆接头内螺纹。试验研究解决了目前钻杆接头内螺纹加工断屑的问题,并为钻杆加工实现自动化打下了基础。 According to the current situation of continuous scraping in the internal thread processing of drill pipe joints in China’s coal mine tunnels,the automation process of drill pipe production is affected,and the automatic test of internal thread processing of drill pipe joints is carried out.The test carried out research and experimental research on four methods of fixed chip breaker,changing turning path,cyclone milling and high pressure cooling chip breaking,and based on the test chip breaking effect,processing efficiency,quality compliance rate and industrial application.For comparison,the internal thread of the drill pipe joint was prepared by cyclone milling.The experimental research solves the problem of chip breaking in the internal thread of the drill pipe joint and lays a foundation for the automation of the drill pipe processing.
