摘要
总结了机器人应用工具的特点,并以激光焊接头ALO3为例设计了应用工具维修测试方案及机器人工具参考点偏差的补偿办法,实践验证该方案及方法可以满足维修测试需求。其维修测试方法对于机器人应用工具的测试与维修具有普遍适用性。
This paper summarizes the characteristics of the robot application tool,and designs repair and test strategy for robot application tool with the laser welding head ALO3 as an example.It introduces the compensation method of the reference point deviation of the robot tool.It is verified that the strategy and method can meet the requirements.The strategy and method has universal applicability for testing and repairing of robotic application tools.
