摘要
针对刹车盘的加工要求,设计了刹车盘的加工工艺,利用立式车床、立式加工中心、六自由度机械手设计了刹车盘的加工生产线。研究了六自由度机械手的运动,推导了工件上下料空间坐标位置的计算公式。利用图像识别技术和圆的最小二乘法拟合,识别刹车盘的内孔、外圆、螺纹孔特征,用于对已加工特征的精度检验和螺纹孔加工角相位的识别。完成了生产线的调试,计算了生产节拍和产量。
According to machining demand of brake disc,machining process of brake disc is designed.Using vertical lathes,vertical machine center,and six degrees of freedom robot,brake disc machining line is constructed.Motion of six degrees of freedom robot is discussed,and formula of work piece load and unload position is derived.Using image identification technology and least square method,features of inner surface,outer surface and screw hole are identified to check accuracy and identify work piece angular phase of screw holes.Machining line is debugged,and production takt time and output are calculated.
