乳管镜灌洗治疗在乳腺炎患者中的应用

Application of galactoscopic lavage in the treatment of mastitis

目的探讨乳管镜灌洗治疗在乳腺炎患者中的应用。方法对68例乳腺炎患者基础资料收集整合并纳入研究对象,参照区组随机设计原则划分为两组,即参照组28例、研究组40例。前组患者采用常规理疗方式并给予抗生素治疗,后组患者采用乳管镜灌洗治疗,将两组治疗数据统计整合并进行分析研究。结果研究组治疗有效率明显高于参照组,P<0.05;研究组患者经治疗后肿块、疼痛消失程度高于参照组,P<0.05。结论在治疗乳腺炎患者时采用乳管镜灌洗治疗,临床疗效佳,治疗有效率高,可临床推广。

Objective To investigate the application of galactoscope lavage in the treatment of mastitis.Methods 68 patients with mastitis were collected and included in the study.The reference group was divided into two groups according to the random design principle,namely the reference group(28 cases)and the research group(40 cases).The patients in the former group were treated with conventional physiotherapy and antibiotics,and the patients in the latter group were treated with galactoscopic lavage.The data of the two groups were statistically integrated and analyzed.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The degree of mass and pain disappeared in the study group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of mastitis patients with milk duct lens lavage treatment,the clinical effect is good,treatment efficiency is high,can be clinical promotion.
