摘要
目的本实验评价了4种树脂水门汀对氧化锆的粘接强度及耐老化性能,为临床氧化锆的粘接提供实验依据。方法制备两种尺寸8.0×8.0×3.0mm和4.0×4.0×3.0mm的氧化锆陶瓷片各80个,50μm氧化铝颗粒喷砂处理,随机分为4组。分别使用4种粘接剂(RelyX Ultimate [RUl];Panavia F [PF];Clearfil SA Luing [SAC]和RelyX Unicem[RUn]),将4.0×4.0×3.0mm瓷片粘接到8.0×8.0×3.0mm瓷片后,置于37℃去离子水中水浴24h后,每组随机抽取10个粘接试件置于冷热循环仪中,每个周期5℃和55℃分别水浴30s,循环10000次。使用万能试验机进行剪切粘接强度(shear bond strength,SBS)测试。结果水浴24h后,4种水门汀的SBS值由大到小依次为:PF>RUl>SAC>RUn(P<0.05);10000次冷热循环后,4种水门汀的SBS值由大到小依次为:SAC>RUl>PF>RUn(P<0.05)。与冷热循环前相比,RUl、PF和RUn组SBS值均降低(P<0.05),而SAC组试件SBS值无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论综合考虑,自粘接树脂水门汀Clearfil SA Luting可以与氧化锆陶瓷获得良好的初期及耐久粘接抗剪切强度,是较理想的氧化锆粘接剂。
Objective To evaluate the bonding strength and aging resistance performance of four resin cements to zirconia. Methods Eighty zirconia ceramics blocks of 8.0 ×8.0 ×3.0 mm and 4.0 ×4.0 ×3.0 mm were prepared and airborne-particle abraded with 50-μm Al2 O3. The zirconia ceramics blocks were randomly divided into four groups. The4.0×4.0×3.0 mm zirconia ceramics blocks were bonded to 8.0 ×8.0×3.0 mm blocks by using four kinds of resin cements(RelyX Ultimate;Panavia F;Clearfil SA Luing and RelyX Unicem). The specimens were then stored in distilled water at37℃: one half were tested after 24 hours(24 H) and the other half after 24 hours and after being subjected to 10000 thermocycles at 5℃ and 55℃(10000 TC). The shear bond strength(SBS)of the specimens was tested with a universal testing machine. Results After storing in water for 24 hours, the mean SBS of the four cements was PF RUlSAC RUn from large to small(P 0.05);after 10000 thermocycles, the mean SBS of the four cements was SAC RUl PF RUn(P 0.05). The SBS values of RUl, PF and RUn groups were lower than those before thermocycles(P 0.05), while the SBS values of SAC had no significant change(P 0.05). Conclusion In general, self-adhesive resin cement Clearfil SA Luting can obtain good initial and durable shear bond strength to zirconia ceramics and is an ideal zirconia adhesive.
