基于半导体制冷片和雾化制冷的联合制冷系统 被引量:1

摘要 在炎热的夏季,户外作业人员的工作条件非常的恶劣,通过设计1款半导体制冷片和喷雾风扇联合的制冷系统来改善户外作业人员的工作条件.实验结果表明:在环境温度为25℃,半导体制冷片的电压为6.8V,电流为2.2A,喷雾风扇以额定功率5W运行时,该系统能将人的体表温度降低6.9℃;仿真分析结果表明:当环境温度为38℃时,该系统能将周围环境温度降低6℃以上,且该系统节能环保,结构简单,成本低廉,效果显著,用途广泛,可用于遮阳伞、岗亭、货车驾驶室等多个场合,应用前景十分广阔. In the hot summer season, the working conditions of outdoor workers are very bad. By designing a refrigeration system combined with semiconductor cooling chips and spray fans, the working conditions of outdoor workers can be improved. The experimental results show that the system can reduce the body surface temperature by 6.9 ℃ when the ambient temperature is 25 ℃, the voltage of the semiconductor chiller is 6.8 V, the current is 2.2 A and the spray fan is running at rated power of 5 W, the simulation results show that when the ambient temperature is 38 ℃, the system can reduce the ambient temperature by 6 ℃, and the system is energy saving, environmental friendly, simple in structure and low in cost. It can be used in many occasions such as sunshade umbrella, guard pavilion, truck cab and so on. It has a wide application prospect.
