摘要
为提高真丝织物的易护理性,试验采用含有碳氢长链的疏水单体甲基丙烯酸十八烷基酯对真丝织物进行表面接枝改性,以提高其疏水性能。研究了疏水整理对真丝织物服用舒适性及力学性能的影响,及其疏水性能的自修复特性。结果表明:真丝织物经接枝改性处理后,纤维表面附着一层疏水烷基长链高聚物,赋予真丝织物优异的疏水性能,接触角达130°以上,并有较好的耐水洗性能;真丝织物经疏水处理后,透气性基本保持不变,透湿性、力学性能有所下降;氧气等离子体处理可以破坏处理织物的疏水能力;熨烫整理可使织物恢复疏水性能,说明经甲基丙烯酸十八烷基酯处理的真丝织物,其疏水性能具有优异的自修复能力。
In order to improve the easy care performance of silk fabric, surface grafting modification of silk fabric is carried out with stearyl methylacrylate (SMA) which contain long chains of hydrocarbons to improve its hydrophobic performance. The effects of hydrophobic treatment on comfort and mechanical properties of silk fabric and its hydrophobic self-repairing property are studied. The results indicate that after the hydrophobic treatment, a layer of hydrophobic alkyl polymer is attached to the fiber surface, which endowing the silk fabric with excellent hydrophobic performance, the contact angle is over 130°, and has good washing resistance. After hydrophobic treatment, the air permeability of silk fabric remain unchanged, and the moisture permeability and mechanical properties decrease a little. Oxygen plasma treatment can destroy the hydrophobic ability of treated fabrics, but the hydrophobic properties of silk fabric treated with SMA can be restored by ironing.
