摘要
建立了同时测定防/驱蚊纺织品中氯菊酯和艾草油含量的方法。采用超声萃取法提取样品中的氯菊酯和艾草油,选用正己烷作为萃取溶剂,萃取体积10 mL,萃取温度30℃,萃取时间10 min。气相色谱质谱采用DB-5MS程序升温进行分析,在5~50 mg/L范围内,氯菊酯和艾草油的质量浓度与色谱峰峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R^2>0.99。方法回收率为84.9%~121.4%,6次平行测定的相对标准偏差RSD为1.5%~2.5%。1,8-桉树脑、2-莰酮、2-莰醇和氯菊酯的检出限分别为0.51、0.84、0.75和0.40 mg/kg。该方法操作简单,精密度较好,快捷可靠,适合同时测定防/驱蚊纺织品中所含氯菊酯和艾草油的含量。
A method for simultaneous determination of permethrin and wormwood oil in mosquito-repel lent textiles is established. Ultrasound extraction is used to extract permethrin and wormwood oil from samples. N-hexane is used as extraction solvent. The volume of extraction is 10 mL, the extraction tem perature is 30 °C, and the extraction time is 10 min. GC-MS is analyzed by DB-5MS program. The mass concentrations of permethrin and wormwood oil show a good linear relationship with peak area in the range of 5~50 mg/L, and the correlation coefficient R^2 > 0.99. The recovery is 84.9%~121.4%. The RSD of six parallel measurements is 1.5%~2.5%. The detection limits of 1,8-eucalyptus brains, 2-camptone, 2-camptol and permethrin are 0.51, 0.84, 0.75 and 0.40 mg/kg respectively. The method is simple, accu rate, fast and reliable. It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of permethrin and wormwood oil in anti-mosquito textiles.
