Research progress on continued nursing care for pediatric chronic diseases

本文综述了儿童慢性病延续护理的研究现状,从干预对象、护理方式、护理内容和效果以及存在的问题与对策进行阐述,以期为探索我国儿童慢性病延续护理规范与模式提供依据。

This article reviews the research status on continued care for pediatric chronic diseases, and expounds the intervention object, nursing method, nursing content and effects, as well as existing problems and countermeasures, in order to provide a basis for exploring the continued care norms and models for pediatric chronic diseases in China.
