儿科护士角色压力对其职业成长的影响

Impacts of role stress on the career growth of pediatric nurses

目的了解和评估儿科护士角色压力与职业成长的现状并分析两者之间的关系。方法采用便利抽样法,于2018年2—6月抽取温州市4所三级医院的儿科护士进行调查研究,采用角色压力量表、职业成长量表进行问卷调查。本研究共发放问卷350份,有效问卷328份,有效问卷回收率为93.71%。结果儿科护士职业成长总分为(47.55±10.65)分;单因素分析显示,不同年龄、学历、职称、职位、工作年限儿科护士的职业成长水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分层回归分析显示,控制一般资料之后,角色压力中的角色模糊和角色冲突都对儿科护士的职业成长水平具有负性预测作用。结论儿科护士的职业成长水平较低,且护士角色压力水平对其有影响,建议护理管理者应重视儿科护士职业成长情况,降低儿科护士角色压力,以提高其职业成长水平。

Objective To Understand and evaluate the current status of role stress and career growth in pediatric nurses and analyze the relationship between them. Methods From February to June 2018, pediatric nurses from four Class Ⅲ hospitals in Wenzhou were selected by convenience sampling method. Role Stress Scale and Career Growth Scale were used in the study. A total of 350 questionnaires were distributed and 328 valid ones were collected, with the effective recovery rate of 93.71%. Results The total score of pediatric nurses' career growth was (47.55±10.65). Univariate analysis showed that there were statistical differences in nurses' career growth level between their age, education, professional title, position, and length of work among the participants (P<0.05). Hierarchical regression analysis showed that after controlling the general information, role ambiguity and role conflict in role stress, all had negative predictive effects in pediatric nurses' professional growth. Conclusions The level of career growth is relatively low among the pediatric nurses in general hospitals. Moreover, the role stress has negative impact on it. It is suggested that nursing managers pay attention to the pediatric nurses' career growth status, reduce their role stress so as to improve their career growth level.
