重症医学临床护理专家胜任力模型的构建研究

Construction of competency model for clinical nurse specialist in critical care

目的构建系统、科学、客观的重症医学临床护理专家胜任力模型。方法采用文献研究、焦点小组访谈和德尔菲法构建我国重症医学临床护理专家胜任力模型,并利用层次分析法确定各级指标权重。结果2轮德尔菲专家咨询的有效回收率分别为100%和93.8%,专家权威系数分别为0.86和0.88,各级指标协调系数分别为0.258~0.360 (P<0.05)和0.332~0.367(P<0.05)。最终形成的重症医学临床护理专家胜任力模型包括6项一级指标、18项二级指标以及83项三级指标。结论本研究构建的重症医学临床护理专家胜任力模型具有良好的科学性和可靠性,可为未来我国重症医学临床护理专家的选拔、培训、考核与管理提供参考依据。

Objective To develop a systematic, scientific and objective competency model for clinical nurse specialist in critical care. Methods Literature research, focus group interview and the Delphi method were adopted to develop the competency model. The weight of each indicator was determined by the analytic hierarchy process. Results The effective response rates of two rounds of expert consultation were 100% and 93.8%, the expert authority coefficients were 0.86 and 0.88, and the coordination coefficients were 0.258~0.360 (P<0.05) and 0.332~0.367 (P<0.05), respectively. The final competency model included 6 first-level indexes, 18 second-level indexes and 83 third-level indexes. Conclusions The constructed competency model for clinical nurse specialist in critical care is scientific and reliable, which can provide reference for selection, training, evaluation and management of specialists in the future.
