摘要
目的建立健康教育护理模块是医院信息系统与短信网关公共关系服务平台的延伸,通过构建以患者服务为核心的智能工作信息系统,以期弥补传统的单一宣教模式,能够以更低成本促进以患者为中心的医疗信息共享。方法设计纳入信息绑定模块、入院宣教模块、特殊检查模块、术前宣教模块和出院宣教模块的信息化短信护理系统,于2017年3月应用于宁波市第一医院肝胆胰外科(核定床位61张,22名护士)。将建立健康教育护理模块前接受常规护理宣教模式的506例患者作为对照组,将在常规护理宣教基础上增加短信健康教育护理模式的482例患者作为干预组。使用满意度调查问卷表评定两组患者满意度。结果建立健康教育护理模块后,干预组患者的住院告知、检查告知、手术告知、出院告知、治疗知情、隐私保护、医护评价等满意度得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组患者对医疗治疗信息解释、用药目的解释、书面告知后续休养满意度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在临床应用基于短信平台的护理健康教育模块能提高宣教效果,提高患者满意度。
Objective The nursing health education module is an extension of the hospital information system associated with the public relations service platform for short message service (SMS) Gateway. The construction of the intelligent information system centered by patient service can make up for the traditional single education model and promote patient-centered health information sharing at a lower cost. Methods The information-based nursing health education system was designed to include information binding module, admission education module, special examination module, preoperative education module and discharge education module. It has been applied in the Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery Department of Ningbo First Hospital (61 confirmed beds and 22 nurses) since March, 2017. The 506 patients who received the routine nursing education before the establishment of the information-based nursing health education system were assigned into the control group. The 482 patients who received the short message health education nursing module on the basis of the routine nursing education were put into the observation group. The two groups were evaluated in terms of the nursing satisfaction degree by using the Satisfaction Questionnaire Scale. Results After the setup of the health education nursing module, the observation group achieved higher score in the satisfaction degree of hospital notification, examination notification, operation notification, discharge notification and medical evaluation, confidentiality protection and medical staff comments than the control group with statistical difference (P<0.05);while there was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of the explanation towards the medical treatment information, the explanation of purpose of medication and written notification of follow-up recovery (P>0.05). Conclusions The clinical application of the nursing health education module based on short message platform can improve the effect of education and patients' satisfaction.
