顺时养生健康教育在2型糖尿病患者中的应用 被引量:5

Application of time-adapting regimen health education in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients

摘要 目的评价顺时养生健康教育在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2017年1—9月在淄博市中医医院内分泌科初诊为2型糖尿病的患者94例为研究对象,采用随机区组法将患者分成常规宣教组(45例)和顺时养生组(49例),分别给予常规健康教育和顺时养生健康教育,每月开展1次,为期12个月。比较两组患者接受教育前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及自我管理行为评分。结果两组患者干预前血糖水平和自我管理行为评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。接受教育12个月后,两组FBG、2 hPPG、HbA1c均较教育前降低,且顺时养生组低于常规宣教组;自我管理行为评分较接受教育前提高,且顺时养生组高于常规宣教组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顺时养生健康教育可有效提升糖尿病患者自我管理行为能力,从而使患者更好地控制血糖水平。 Objective To evaluate the effect of time-adapting regimen health education on self-management efficacy of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods Totally 94 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus in Department of Endocrinology of Zibo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as subjects by convenience sampling and divided into the conventional health education group (n=45) and time-adapting regimen group (n=49) by random block method, and the conventional health education and time-adapting regimen health education were provided for the two groups respectively once a month, for 12 months. The two groups were compared in terms of the levels of their fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 h postprandial glucose (2 hPPG), Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) and scores of self-management behavior before and after receiving education. Results Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of their blood glucose level and scores of self-management behavior (P>0.05). 12 months after receiving education, the levels of FBG, 2 hPPG, HbA1c of patients in two groups all declined compared with those before education of the two groups, and the time-adapting regimen group was lower than the conventional health education group;the scores of self-management behavior increased compared with those before receiving education, and the time-adapting regimen group had higher score than the conventional health education group with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusions Time-adapting regimen health education can effectively improve the diabetic patients' self-management efficacy and hence make the patients better control their blood glucose level.
