原发性肝癌患者恐惧疾病进展现状及其影响因素分析

Influencing factors of fear of progression in patients with primary liver cancer

目的探讨原发性肝癌患者恐惧疾病进展情况及其影响因素,为制订有针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法采用便利抽样的方法,选择在吉林省某三级甲等综合医院住院的160例肝癌患者作为研究对象,采用恐惧疾病进展简化量表(FoP-Q-SF)进行问卷调查。采用单因素分析和多元线性回归分析患者恐惧疾病进展的影响因素。本研究发放问卷160分,回收有效问卷137份。结果137例肝癌患者恐惧疾病进展总分为(38.38±8.63)分,生理健康维度得分为(20.02±5.75)分,社会家庭维度得分为(18.35±4.57)分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、性别、家庭人均月收入、学历、是否接受放化疗是影响肝癌患者恐惧疾病进展的因素。结论肝癌患者恐惧疾病进展相对较重,且受多种因素影响。护士应根据患者的不同情况采取有针对性的干预措施,降低肝癌患者的恐惧疾病进展心理。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of fear of progression in patients with primary liver cancer and to provide a basis for developing targeted intervention measures. Methods Totally 160 patients with liver cancer hospitalized in a ClassⅢ Grade A general hospital in Jilin Province were selected using convenient sampling and investigated with Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form (FoP-Q-SF). Univariate and multivariate linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of fear of progression in the patients. Totally 160 questionnaires were distributed, and 137 valid questionnaires were collected. Results The fear of progression score of the 137 patients with liver cancer totaled (38.38±8.63), including (20.02±5.75) in physiological health and (18.35±4.57) in the social and family dimension;multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that age, gender, Family per capita monthly income, education and whether to receive radiotherapy and chemotherapy were the factors affecting the fear of progression in the patients with liver cancer. Conclusions The patients with liver cancer show severe fear of progression, which is affected by multiple factors. Nurses should take targeted intervention measures based on patients' different situations so as to reduce their fear of progression.
