8-芳基亚胺-5,6,7-三氢喹啉钯配合物的合成表征及其催化丙烯酸甲酯聚合的研究

摘要 合成了一系列空气稳定的8-二苯并环庚烷取代的芳基亚胺-5,6,7-三氢喹啉氯化钯配合物( LPdCl2,Pd1-Pd3)和甲基氯化钯配合物( LPdMeCl,Pd4-Pd6);并利用核磁、红外和元素分析等对钯配合物进行了全面表征。钯配合物 Pd1的晶体结构表明,其配位结构为扭曲的平面四边形结构。在硼盐作用下,钯配合物 Pd4-Pd6能较高效的催化丙烯酸甲酯聚合,制备出高分子量的聚丙烯酸甲酯,得到的聚丙烯酸甲酯为无规结构。钯配合物催化丙烯酸甲酯聚合的性能与聚合温度、溶剂和时间等有关。 A series of air stable 8-arylimine-5, 6, 7-trihydroquinoline palladium complexes ( LPdCl2 , Pd1-Pd3) and methylpalladium chloride complexes (LPdClMe, Pd4-Pd6) was synthesized and fully characterized by 1H /13C NMR spectroscopy and FT-IR spectroscopy as well as elemental analysis. The crystal structure of the complex Pdl indicates that it possessed distorted square coordination geometry around the palladium. In the presence of boron salt, the complex Pd4-Pd6 showed good efficiency for the polymerization of methacrylate with high monomer conversion, producing polymethylacrylates with high molecular weights and narrow distribution. The parameters of solvent, temperature and polymerization time greatly affected the catalytic performance.
