摘要
探讨病案教学法与计算机辅助教学法在口腔颌面外科手术编码实习带教中的应用。以口腔颌面外科代表性的手术为例,选择具体病案,包括使用一组编码来表明手术名称、手术名称与实际术式不符、手术名称笼统、主要术式易混淆、手术名称不完整的手术个案,结合计算机辅助教学,对典型病例及手术进行影像剪辑,在语言讲解的基础上辅以动态图像,围绕手术编码相关问题,引导学生去思考、讨论,最后带教老师点评总结,最终解决问题。此联合教学模式的应用,提高学生的学习兴趣和自主学习的能力、提升学生对手术编码专业知识的理解和应用能力,达到了教学互长的效果。
To explore the application of medical record teaching method and computer aided teaching method in oral and maxillofacial surgery coding practice teaching.Representative of the oral and maxillofacial surgery operation, for example, choose the specific medical record, including the use of a set of code to indicate the name of the surgery, surgery does not accord with the actual operation, the name of general surgery, the main operation easy to confuse, name of incomplete surgery cases, combined with the computer assisted instruction, the typical cases and video clips, operation on the basis of language explaining with dynamic images, related questions surrounding the operation code, guide students to think and discuss, finally take the teacher review summary, finally solve the problem.The application of this joint teaching mode can improve students’ learning interest and independent learning ability, improve students’ understanding and application ability of surgical coding professional knowledge, and achieve the effect of mutual growth of teaching.
