松原市某加气加油站工程建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价 被引量:3

Evaluation on occupational hazards control effect in a gas filling station construction project in Songyuan City

摘要 目的通过分析松原市某加气加油站工程项目中存在的职业病危害因素浓(强)度、生产工艺及职业卫生管理等内容,对其职业病危害控制效果进行评价。方法 2017年7月采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查及检查表法进行综合分析与评价。结果松原市某加气加油站工程项目存在的主要职业病危害因素有汽油、戊烷、己烷和工频电场,其中接触汽油、戊烷、己烷岗位合格率为100%,接触工频电场岗位最高强度为5.92 V/m,低于5 000 V/m。结论松原市某加气加油站工程项目试运行期间作业人员职业病危害因素接触水平、职业病危害防护措施及其效果、个人使用的职业病防护用品、建筑卫生学、辅助用室及职业卫生管理符合职业卫生要求,在职业卫生档案管理方面仍需进一步完善。 Objective Through the analysis of the concentration (intensity) of occupational hazards,production technology and occu-pational health management in a gas filling station,to evaluate the effect of occupational hazards control. Methods Comprehensive analysis and evaluation were conducted by occupational health field investigation ,occupational health examination,occupational health examination and checklist method in July 2017. Results The main occupational hazard factors existing in a gas filling station project in Songyuan City were gasoline,pentane,hexane,and industrial frequency electric fields. The post pass rates of gasoline,pentane and hexane were 100%. The maximum post strength of industrial frequency electric fields was 5.92 V/m,which was lower than 5 000 V/m. Conclusion During the trial operation of a gas filling station project in Songyuan City,the occupational hazards exposure level of the operators,the measures for the prevention of occupational hazards and their effects, personal occupational protective equipment,building hygiene,auxiliary rooms,and occupational health management meet the occupational health requirements. The management of occupational health records still needs to be further improved.
