攀枝花市某石灰石矿职业病危害现况评价

Evaluation of occupational hazards in a limestone mine in Panzhihua City

摘要 目的了解石灰石矿厂生产活动中的职业病危害因素,评价防护措施效果。方法 2018年3月通过职业卫生现场调查、检测,对攀枝花市某石灰石矿厂职业病危害现状做出综合评价。结果主要职业危害因素检测结果,噪声等效声级66.5~98.6 d B(A);石灰石尘时间加权平均浓度4.3~12.4 mg/m^3;煤尘7.2~8.4 mg/m^3;其他粉尘(石灰尘)4.8~12.6 mg/m^3;一氧化碳6.50~10.90 mg/m^3;氧化钙0.609~0.889 mg/m^3。噪声、石灰石尘、煤尘、其他粉尘(石灰尘)不符合职业卫生标准。一氧化碳、氧化钙符合职业卫生标准。结论石灰石矿厂采取的各项职业病危害控制和管理措施均能有效运行,达到职业病危害防护要求,职业病危害现状评价基本合格。 Objective To identify occupational hazards in production activities of limestone mine,evaluate the effect of protective measures. Methods The comprehensive evaluation of occupational hazards in limestone mine in Panzhihua City was conducted through occupational health field survey and detection. Results The main occupational hazard factors test results showed that the noise equivalent sound level was 66.5-98.6 dB(A),and the time weighted average concentration of limestone dust,coal dust,other dust (stone dust),carbon monoxide and calcium oxide was 4.3-12.4,7.2-8.4,4.8-12.6,6.50-10.90 and 0.609-0.889 mg/m^3,respectively. The levels of noise,limestone dust,coal dust,other dust(stone dust) did not meet the occupational health standards,while the levels of carbon monoxide and calcium oxide met the occupational health standards. Conclusion The occupational hazard control measures and management measures adopted by the limestone mine can basically operate effectively ,meet the occupational hazard protection requirements. The evaluation of occupational hazards is basically qualified.
