摘要
目的通过分析2018年阳江市重点职业病监测结果,为阳江市的重点职业病的预防和控制以及职业卫生监督工作提供参考依据。方法根据《2018年广东省重点职业病监测与职业健康风险评估工作方案》的要求,采用描述流行病学方法对阳江市职业性尘肺病、苯中毒及苯所致白血病、噪声聋、中暑、铅中毒等5种重点职业病的监测数据进行统计分析。结果 2018年阳江市存在重点职业病危害因素的用人单位以制造业为主,其中危害情况一般的企业有518家,占18.20%,情况较重的有1 851家,占65.04%,情况严重的有477家,占16.76%;企业规模以中型为主,共有2 792家,占98.10%;经济类型以私有企业为主,共有2 719家,占95.54%。职业健康检查未发现职业病患者,发现职业禁忌证141例,检出率1.10%;受检者中发现疑似职业病46例,检出率0.36%。报告新发职业病2例(职业性噪声聋)。结论 2018年重点职业病发病以职业性噪声聋为主,尘肺、苯中毒及苯所致白血病、中暑有潜在发生的可能,建议今后的职业病防治重点应放在加强噪声的防护,避免噪声聋的群发、暴发。
Objective Analyzing the monitoring results of key occupational diseases in Yangjiang City in 2018,to provide reference for the prevention and control of key occupational diseases and occupational health supervision. Methods According to the requirements of "Work Program for Monitoring and Occupational Health Risk Assessment of Key Occupational Diseases in Guangdong Province in 2018",descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the monitoring data of 5 key occupational diseases in Yangjiang City,including occupational pneumoconiosis,benzene poisoning and benzene induced leukemia,lead poisoning,noise deafness and heat stroke. Results In 2018,the employers with key occupational-disease-inductive factors in Yangjiang City were mainly manufacturing enterprises. Among them,there were 518 enterprises in general condition (18.20%),1 851 in heavy condition(65.04%) and 477 in serious condition(16.76%). The scale of enterprises was mainly mediumsized,totally 2 792(98.10%). The economy was dominated by private enterprises,with 2 719(95.54%). No occupational patients were found in the occupational health examination,and 141 patients were found with occupational contraindications,with a detection rate of 1.10%. Among the subjects,46 suspected occupational cases were found,with a detection rate of 0.36%. 2 cases ofoccupationaldisease(Occupational noise deafness) were reported. Conclusion In 2018,the major occupational diseases are mainly caused by noise deafness. Pneumoconiosis,benzene poisoning,benzene induced leukemia and heat stroke are likely to occur. It is suggested that the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases should focus on strengthening the protection of noise to avoid mass occurrence and outbreak of noise deafness in the future.
