摘要
目的了解2018年咸宁市城区高中新生的健康状况,为制定高中生疾病预防控制措施提供参考依据。方法参照《学生健康检查表》要求,于2018年9月对咸宁市城区高中入校新生进行预防性健康检查,并对数据进行分析。结果参加健康检查新生共4 285人,其中男生2 423人,女生1 862人,身高体重发育正常,主要问题集中在视力不良和龋齿,其检出率分别为67.8%和7.5%,女生和城镇学生视力不良检出率高于男生和乡村学生(χ^2=19.8、18.7,均P<0.05),乡村学生龋患率高于城镇学生(χ^2=42.3,P <0.05)。丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)异常检出率为5.2%,ALT异常率乡村高于城镇(χ^2=19.2,P<0.05)。结论 2018年咸宁市城区高中新生健康状况总体良好,主要问题是视力不良和龋齿,应将其作为高中生预防保健工作的重点。
Objective To understand the physical health status of senior high school freshmen in Xianning City in 2018,aimed to provide scientific reference for the formulation of disease prevention and control measures for high school students. Methods According to the requirement of "Student Health Checklist",the preventive health check-up was carried out on the freshmen of high schools in Xianning City in September 2018,and the data were analyzed. Results Totally 4 285 students were investigated, included 2 423 boys and 1 862 girls,with normal height and weight. Health problems were mainly concentrated on poor vision and dental caries,with a rate of 67.8% and 7.5%,respectively. And the detection rate of visual impairment among girls and urban areas was significantly higher than that of boys and rural areas(χ^2 =19.8,18.7,both P<0.05). The prevalence of caries among rural areas was significantly higher than that of urban areas (χ^2 =42.3,P <0.05). In addition,the significantly abnormal detection rate of ALT was 5.2%. The rural areas was significantly higher than that of the urban areas (χ^2 =19.2,P<0.05). Conclusion The health status of senior high school freshmen in Xianning City in 2018 are generally in a good station. The main problems are poor vision and dental caries,which should be the focus of prevention and health care for high school students.
