齐齐哈尔市市售粮食粉螨孳生的初步调查

摘要 目的了解齐齐哈尔市粮食粉螨污染情况。方法于2018年9月采集齐齐哈尔市市售粮食36份(地脚粉10份、地脚米10份、玉米碴10份及挂面屑6份,每份10g),采用直接镜检法分离粉螨,并制作临时玻片。结果36份样本中,28份样本有检出粉螨,阳性检出率为77.8%;分离粉螨9种,隶属于3科8属,即粗脚粉螨(Acarus siro)、腐食酪螨(Tyrophagus putrescentiae)、椭圆食粉螨(Aleuroglyphus ovatus)、伯氏嗜木螨(Caloglyphus berlesei)、罗宾根螨(Rhizoglyphus robini)、纳氏皱皮螨(Suidasia nesbitti)、害嗜鳞螨(Lepidoglyphus destructor)、粉尘螨(Dermatophagoides farinae)、屋尘螨(Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus)。共分离出粉螨60511只,平均孳生密度为168.09只/g。结论齐齐哈尔市市售粮食粉螨污染严重,应提高防治意识,加强防治措施,降低因粉螨污染带来的损失,消除粉螨作为变应原给相关人员带来的危害。 Objective To understand the pollution situation of acaroid mite in the commercial food in Qiqihar City.Methods Collected 36 foods samples sold in Qiqihar City at September 2018,of which 10 samples of ground powder,10 samples of ground rice,10 samples of corn residue and 6 samples of noodles,10 g of each sample.Direct microscopic examination was used to isolate the acaroid mite,and temporary slides were made.Results Among the 36 samples,acaroid mites was isolated in 28 samples,and the positive detection rate was 77.8%. 9 species of acaroid mites were isolated,belonging to 3 families and 8 genera. A total of 60 511 of acaroid mites were isolated from 360 g samples,with an average breeding density of 168. 09/g. They were Acarus siro,Tyrophagus putrescentiae,Aleuroglyphus ovatus,Caloglyphus berlesei,Rhizoglyphus robini,Suidasia nesbitti,Lepidoglyphus destructor,Dermatophagoides farinae and Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus. Conclusions The pollution of acaroid mites in commercial food in Qiqihar City is serious. Therefore,it is necessary to raise the awareness of prevention and control,strengthen prevention and control measures,reduce the loss caused by pollution of acaroid mites,and eliminate the harm brought by acaroid mites as allergens to relevant personnel.
