摘要
不同的精炼剂对精炼效果影响很大,出于品质、成本及交货期的考虑,必须要多准备几家供应商作为备选。本文以精炼剂b为研究对象,探讨精炼剂b对ADC12精炼温度与精炼时间关系、精炼后铝渣含铝量和铝锭品质,确认精炼效果,铝水品质,并与公司现有的精炼剂a进行测试对比,结果表明:使用b精炼剂精炼后的铝锭外观、含氢量、含渣量、针孔度、结晶度全部符合品质要求;精炼剂b精炼温度达到710℃以上,精炼剂与铝液反应较慢;精炼后铝渣呈松散状态漂浮在铝液表面,铝渣分离明显,有轻微的烧渣现象;通过对比,精炼温度≥705℃,a精炼剂精炼35min.后炉前取1kg模目视合格,b精炼剂精炼时间必须要达到60 min才合格。使用b精炼剂必须保证精炼时间达到工艺标准最大值。
Different refining agents have great influence on refining effect. Considering the quality, cost and delivery time,several suppliers must be prepared as alternatives. In this paper, the comparison between refining agent B and refining agent A is discussed. The relationship between ADC12 refining temperature and refining time, aluminium content in aluminium slag and quality of aluminium ingot after refining with refining agent B is discussed. The results show that the appearance, hydrogen content, slag content, pinhole content and crystallinity of aluminium ingot refined with refining agent B all conform to the quality requirements;Refining temperature of refining agent B is above 710 ℃, the reaction between refining agent and liquid aluminium is slow;after refining, the aluminium slag floats on the surface of liquid aluminium in a loose state, the separation of aluminium slag is obvious, and there is slight slag burning phenomenon;by contrast, refining temperature(> 705 C), refining agent a for 35 min. After refining, 1 kg model is qualified before furnace, and refining time of refining agent B must reach 60 minutes to qualify. The use of B refining agent must ensure that the refining time reaches the maximum of the process standard.
