Cause Analysis and Treatment of an Accident Concerning the Leakage of the Organic Heat Carrier Boiler

通过对一起有机热载体锅炉受热面管开裂泄漏事故进行分析,找出事故原因,探讨了受热管开裂泄漏部位的局部换管修理技术,并提出了今后使用和检验的注意事项,预防此类事故的再发生。

In this paper, an accident concerning the leakage of the organic heat carrier boiler due to the cracking of the heating surface tube is analyzed for the purpose of finding out the cause of the accident. The local tube replacement and repair technology of the leaking part of the heating tube is discussed, and the precautions for future use and inspection are proposed to prevent the recurrence of such accidents.
