2018年江门市某化工企业职工职业卫生与健康知识认知和职业健康促进需求的基线调查

Baseline survey on cognition of occupational health and health knowledge and occupational health promotion needs of workers in a chemical enterprise,Jiangmen city,2018

目的了解江门市某化工企业职工职业卫生与健康知识认知状况与需求,为开展职业健康促进工作提供基线资料。方法 2018年6月采用整群抽样的方法抽取江门市某化工企业300名职工,以调查问卷的形式进行职业卫生知识与健康知识认知状况和需求情况调查。结果调查300名职工,回收有效问卷286份,有效回收率为95.33%,286名调查对象中,对职业卫生知识和健康知识的认知情况较好,96.15%知晓吸烟有害健康,90.91%认为职业病是可以预防的,对《职业病防治法》、慢性疾病预防措施的知晓率较低;对职业病与职业相关疾病防治的需求度最高(92.66%),其次为职业病危害因素种类及对人体危害(91.96%);对控烟知识、性健康知识的需求度较低,分别为29.37%、25.17%。结论江门市某化工企业职工对职业卫生知识和健康知识的需求度较高。

Objective To understand the cognitive status and needs of occupational health and health knowledge among w orkers in a chemical enterprise in Jiangmen city,so as to provide baseline inform ation for carrying out occupational health prom otion work. Methods In June 2018, acluster sampling method was used to extract 300w orkers from a chemical enterprise in Jiangmen city. The questionnaires were used to investigate the cognitive status and needs of occupational health knowledge and health knowledge. Results A total of 286 valid questionnaires were recovered among 300 investigated w orkers,and the effective recovery rate was 95. 33%. Among the 286 resp ondents,they had better cognition towards occupational health knowledge and health knowledge 96. 15% knew that smoking was harm ful to health, and 90.91% thought that occupational diseases could be prevented, while they had low aw areness rate of Law on Prevention and Control of Occupational Disease and chronic disease prevention measures. The need for occupational disease and occupationrelated diseases was the highest (92. 66 %), followed by occupational disease hazard factors and harm on human (91. 96%). The needs for tobacco control knowledge and sexual health knowledge were low with 29. 37% and 25. 17% respectively. Conclusion The needs for occupational health knowledge and health knowledge are high among w orkers in a chemical enterprise in Jiangmen city.
