摘要
人工合成甜味剂是赋予或增加食品甜味的人工合成或半合成的用于代替蔗糖的有机物,广泛应用于食品、饮料、药物和个人护理品。研究表明,人工甜味剂广泛分布于地表水、地下水、海水和自来水中。目前普遍的观点认为,在规定剂量内使用人工合成甜味剂对人体是安全的。但是人工合成甜味剂作为新型有机污染物广泛出现在水中,引起了科学界的高度关注,因为人工合成甜味剂长期、低剂量暴露对人体的健康危害还没有结论。该文对近年来环境样品中人工合成甜味剂检测方法进行综述,并对未来发展趋势进行展望。
Artificial sweeteners are synthetic or semi-synthetic organic substances used for sweetening the foods and are widely used in foods,beverages,pharmaceuticals and personal care products.Recent researches indicate that artificial sweeteners are detected widespread in surface water,groundwater,seawater and tap water.The prevailing view is that the use of artificial sweeteners at prescribed doses is safe for the human body.However,artificial sweeteners widely appeared in water as new organic contaminants have aroused great concern in the scientific community because the long-term and low-dose exposure of artificial sweeteners to human health has not yet been concluded.This article reviewed the detection methods of artificial sweeteners in environmental samples in recent years and the future development trend was also prospected.
