产程中产妇的饮食管理研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 产妇在产程中的饮食管理是目前争议较大的话题,国际上对此众说纷纭,国内也无相关的指导意见。本文通过分析产妇饮食限制的历史由来、目前的研究现状及预防产妇反流误吸的综合措施,提出了产妇在产程中的饮食方案,即:对于中转剖宫产可能性低及全身麻醉误吸风险小的产妇,可以进食清淡、易消化及少渣的食物,如粥和面条等,进饮水及等渗饮料,如纯水、运动饮料、果汁和热巧克力等,其中等渗饮料优于纯水;对于中转剖宫产可能性高且存在全身麻醉误吸危险因素的产妇,应避免吃固体食物,可饮用高能量无渣饮料,如清澈果汁、碳酸饮料、碳水化合物饮料和运动饮料等。酸奶、含果粒果汁和米汤等不是无渣饮料,应避免饮用。
