Construction of Tourism Destination Governance Theory in China: An Integrated Analysis Framework

目前我国旅游发展进入转型提质阶段,众多旅游目的地面对如何构建良好的治理结构以获得竞争优势和可持续发展的严峻挑战,但国内旅游目的地治理研究的系统性和深入性都尚显不足。加强适合中国国情的旅游目的地治理理论构建既是深入推进相关应用研究的必要基础,也是推进我国旅游目的地治理改革创新实践的认知前提。本文将首先对国内外旅游目的地治理的相关文献进行系统性梳理和总结评述,明确旅游目的地治理研究的理论逻辑、进展特征与发展趋势;其次,在兼顾中国国情的基础上构建中国旅游目的地治理理论的一个整合分析框架,其核心逻辑是目的地治理基础决定治理结构,治理结构决定目的地发展行为,进而决定其发展绩效,同时发展行为和发展绩效也会对治理结构进行反馈和调适;最后,提出未来进一步深入推进中国旅游目的地治理研究的四个主要议题。

At present,China's tourism development has entered the stage of transformation and upgrading.Many tourist destinations are facing the severe challenge of how to build a good governance structure to gain competitive advantage and sustainable development.However,the system and depth of domestic research on tourism destination governance are still insufficient.Strengthening the construction of tourism destination governance theory suited to China's national conditions is not only the necessary basis for further promoting relevant application research,but also the cognitive premise for promoting the innovation practice of tourism destination governance reform in China.Firstly,this paper systematically combs and summarizes the relevant literatures of tourism destination governance at home and abroad,clarifies the theoretical logic,progress characteristics and development trend of tourism destination governance research;secondly,on the basis of taking into account the special national conditions of China,it constructs an integrated analysis framework of China's tourism destination governance theory,whose core logic is the development behavior and development performance determined by the basis of destination governance;at the same time,development behavior and development performance will also feedback and adjust the governance structure.Finally,four main topics are proposed to further promote the study of tourism destination governance in China in the future.
