摘要
基于西藏拉萨的高原环境条件,通过改变粒径为0.25 mm(60目)废胎胶粉的掺量,研究其对SBR-ⅡA改性沥青的针入度、延度和软化点等三大指标的影响.综合技术指标分析,得出中速搅拌情况下,0.25 mm废胎胶粉掺量在3%~5%时改性效果较好.废胎胶粉的再次改性,不仅循环利用了废胎胶粉,还提高了沥青路面的使用性能与寿命,其优良的性能更适用于高原地区的道路建设,符合可持续发展战略.
Based on the plateau environment conditions of Lhasa in Tibet,by changing the dosage of crumb rubber with particle size of 0.25 mm(60 mesh),its influence on the three major indexes of SBR-IⅡA modified asphalt penetration,ductility and softening point are studied.Based on the comprehensive analysis of technical indexes,it is concluded that the modified effect is better when the content of 0.25 mm crumb rubber is 3%~5%under the condition of medium speed stirring.With re-modification of crumb rubber,not only the crumb rubber is recycled,but also the service performance and life of asphalt pavement are improved,and its excellent performance is more suitable for the road construction in plateau area,which is in line with the sustainable development strategy.
