新时代中国特色社会主义话语体系建设,是巩固马克思主义指导地位、赢获国际话语权的必然要求,对于巩固全党全国人民团结奋斗的共同思想基础,提升中国特色社会主义精神凝聚力、社会感召力、世界影响力,具有根本性和战略性意义。有效推进新时代中国特色社会主义话语体系建设,要从思想认识、体系内容、思维方法三个方面综合发力,准确把握核心命题、重要范畴、逻辑主线和价值内核;协同创新话语主体、话语内容、话语表达、话语平台;努力实现党性与人民性、政治性与思想性、科学性与生活性的辩证统一。

The construction of the socialist discourse system with Chinese characteristics in the new era is an inevitable requirement for consolidating the guiding position of Marxism and winning the international discourse right. It is of fundamental and strategic significance to consolidate the common ideological basis for the struggle of the entire party and the people of the whole country and to enhance the spiritual cohesion,social appeal and world influence of socialism with Chinese characteristics. To effectively promote the construction of a socialist discourse system with Chinese characteristics in the new era, we must comprehensively exert its efforts in three aspects including ideological understanding, system content and thinking methods to lay a solid foundation in the interpretation of core propositions, important categories,logical main lines and value kernels. We should innovate collaboratively in the deep exploration of discourse subject, discourse content, discourse expression and discourse platform to innovate methodologically the dialectical unity of Party spirit and people, politics and ideology, science and life.
