Goals and Paths of Deepening Reform of Stadiums and Gymnasiums in the Context of New Era

运用专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等对体育场馆资源开发、运营、经营管理等进行研究。新时代背景下体育场馆深化改革的发展目标为:抓住时代机遇,提升场馆建设水平和运营管理能力;建立健全的体育场馆功能,实现多渠道发展;强调创新驱动发展,实现场馆运营模式的多元化。新时代背景下推进体育场馆深化改革的新路径:统筹区域、城乡发展,实现场馆的精准定位;借鉴国外经验,优化升级改造体育场馆;更新深改理念,提升场馆有效利用率。

This paper studies the development,operation methods,and management skills towards stadiums and gymnasiums through expert interviews and logic analysis. In the new era,the goals of the deepening reform of the stadiums can be listed as follows: to seize the opportunity in order to improve the construction level of stadium and operation management skills;to establish a fully functional stadium and achieve multi-channel development;to emphasize innovation-driven development and realize diversified operation mode of the stadium. In the new era,new paths for deepening reform of sports venues should be developed: balancing regional,urban and rural development;achieving accurate positioning of stadium;optimizing and upgrading stadiums by learning from foreign experience;updating the concept of deep reforms and improving the effective utilization rate of sports venues.
