资源型城市产业结构动态调整的灰色关联分析——以国家级能化基地榆林市为例

Grey Relevance Analysis on Dynamic Adjustment of Industrial Structure in Resource-based Cities——Taking National Energy and Chemical Base Yulin City as an Example

产业结构的优化调整对资源型城市转变单一经济发展模式具有重要意义。基于榆林市产业发展的相关统计数据,在分析产业发展现状和产业体系形成路径的基础上,采用灰色关联分析法,就榆林市产业结构调整运行状况进行了相关分析。结果表明:榆林市产业结构呈现第一产业发展薄弱、第二产业主体独大、第三产业缓慢改观的欠合理发展现状。根据相关分析结果,提出以下建议:第一产业坚持打造全国知名的现代特色农牧基地,从粗放经营向品牌引领转变;第二产业应合理开采和提高转化效率,延长能化产业链条,推动高端能化产品、新材料和新兴技术产业的创新发展;第三产业应重点开发转战陕北红色旅游专线和塞北古城文化特色旅游资源,实施"全域旅游"创建工程,推进国内知名旅游基地建设。

The optimization and adjustment of industrial structure was of great significance for the transformation of single economic development mode of resource-based cities. Based on the relevant statistical data of industrial development in Yulin City,and on the basis of analyzing the current situation of industrial development and the formation path of industrial system,this paper used the gray correlation analysis method to analyze the adjustment and operation status of industrial structure in Yulin City.The results showed that the industrial structure of yulin presented the unreasonable development status of weak development of primary industry,dominant secondary industry and slow improvement of tertiary industry. At the same time,according to the relevant analysis results,the following suggestions were given: The first industry should adhere to the creation of a nationally renowned modern agricultural and animal husbandry base,from extensive management to brand-led transformation. The secondary industry should rationally exploit and improve transformation efficiency,extend the energy industry chain,and promote the innovative development of high-end energy products,new materials and emerging technology industries. The tertiary industry should focus on the development of special red tourism line in northern Shaanxi and the characteristic cultural tourism resources about the ancient city of Saibei,implement the"global tourism"creation project and promote the construction of a well-known domestic tourism base.
