果业专业合作社社员采用新技术的影响因素与机制分析——基于陕西省周至县的调查

Analysis on Influencing Factors and Mechanism of New Technology Adopted by Members of Fruit Professional Cooperatives——Based on Survey of Zhouzhi County in Shaanxi Province

基于对陕西省周至县3个果业专业合作社的调查,综合运用社会网络分析方法、Logistic回归模型和解释结构模型,探究其成员技术采用的影响因素与机制。结果表明:①合作社社员采用新技术的影响机制表现为由11个具有不同作用和关联方式的显著影响因素及其层次关系构成的5级递阶结构。②社员的技术采用行为与其个体及家庭特征、生产经营特征、技术环境特征、社会网络特征、合作社特征均有关,更倾向于采用新技术的社员画像为受教育程度较高、社会网络规模较大、贷款较易、参加农技培训相对较少,家庭收入相对较低、从事果业生产的人口较多、果树种植面积较大但相对分散,对合作社认可度较高。据此,从政府、合作社等角度提出促进社员采用新技术的对策建议。

Based on the survey results of the three fruit professional cooperatives in Zhouzhi County,Shaanxi Province,the social network analysis method,logistic regression model and interpretative structural model were used to inquire into the influencing factors and mechanism of the cooperative member technology adoption. The results showed that:①The impact mechanism of cooperative members’ adoption of new technologies was a five-level hierarchical structure,which was composed of 11 significant influencing factors with different roles and associative modes and the hierarchical relationships.②The technological adoption behavior of cooperative members was related to the individual and family characteristics,production and operation characteristics,technological environment characteristics,social network characteristics and cooperative characteristics. More inclined to adopt new technology portraits of cooperative members were higher education level,larger social network scale,easier loans,relatively less participation in agricultural technology training,relatively low family income,more people engaged in fruit production,larger but relatively scattered fruit tree planting area,and higher recognition of cooperatives. Accordingly,from the perspective of the government and cooperatives,this paper proposed some countermeasures and suggestions to promote cooperative members to adopt new technologies.
