中药灌肠联合消瘀贴对盆腔瘀血综合征相关指标的影响

Effect of Chinese Herbal Enema Combined with Xiaoyu Tie on Related Indicators of Pelvic Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的观察中药保留灌肠联合消瘀贴贴脐对盆腔瘀血综合征相关指标的影响。方法 62例患者随机分为两组,治疗组予中药保留灌肠加消瘀贴贴脐治疗,对照组予单纯中药保留灌肠治疗,连续用药14 d,以干预3个月经周期为1个疗程,观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的76.67%(P <0.05);两组治疗后中医症状积分、主症积分、盆腔静脉内径、盆腔静脉血流速度均较治疗前明显改善(P <0.05),且治疗组上述指标的改善均明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论中药保留灌肠联合消瘀贴治疗盆腔瘀血综合征疗效确切,优于单纯中药保留灌肠治疗。

Objective:To observe the effect of retention enema combined with Xiaoyu Tie on umbilical cord on pelvic blood stasis syndrome related indicators. Methods:62 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with TCM retention enema plus Xiaoyu Tie on umbilical cord,while the control group was treated with TCM retention enema alone. Two groups were administered continuously for 14 days. Threemonth intervening period as a course of treatment. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group(93.75%)was higher than that of the control group(76.67%)(P < 0.05). After treatment,TCM symptom score,primary symptom score,the inner diameter of pelvic vein and the pelvic venous velocity of the two groups were significantly improved than those before treatment(P < 0.05). The indexes above of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:TCM retention enema combined with Xiaoyu Tie is effective on pelvic congestion syndrome,superior to retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine alone.
