硝酸银联合肿意膏湿性贴敷治疗CT对比剂外渗患者的临床观察

Effects of Silver Nitrate Combined with Zhongyi Ointment Wet Application Therapy on Patients with CT Contrast Media Extravasation

目的观察硝酸银联合肿意膏湿性贴敷治疗CT对比剂外渗患者的临床疗效。方法将40例CT对比剂外渗患者随机分为两组各20例,对照组使用50%硫酸镁湿敷,治疗组使用硝酸银联合肿意膏湿性贴敷,比较两组治疗后第1日、第3日、第5日的肿胀值和数字疼痛分级法(NRS)疼痛评分以及治疗5 d后治疗总有效率。结果治疗组治疗第3日,第5日患者肿胀值差异和NRS疼痛评分以及治疗总有效率均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论硝酸银联合肿意膏湿性贴敷治疗CT对比剂外渗患者效果确切,可快速有效消退对比剂外渗所致的肿胀,减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective:To investigate the effects of silver nitrate combined with Zhongyi Ointment wet application therapy on patients with the CT contrast media extravasation. Methods:40 patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group(n = 20)and the control group(n = 20). 50% magnesium sulfate wet application was carried out in the control group,and the silver nitrate combined with Zhongyi Ointment wet application was adopted in the treatment group. The swelling value and NRS pain score on 1st,3rd,and 5th day after treatment and the total effective rate for 5 days were compared between the groups. Results:The swelling value,NRS pain score and the total effective rate in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Silver nitrate combined with Zhongyi Ointment wet application has a significant effect on patients with the CT contrast media extravasation,which can eliminate swelling quickly and effectively so as to reduce pain in patients,worth promoting and applying in clinic,especially in the case of severe extravasation.
