摘要
“法律”具有一个非常重要的内在基本属性即“科学性”,所以“法律”概念应该增加“科学性”的内涵。法律的科学性是真理性,法律为了遵循自然规律和社会规律,必须建立在自然科学和社会科学基础上,法律是自然科学和社会科学综合运用的成果。在“法律”的概念中增加“科学性”表述对我国法治社会建设具有重要的现实意义。
“Law” has a very important internal basic attribute, namely “scientificity”, so the concept of “law” should be given the meaning of “scientificity”. The scientific nature of law is truthfulness. In order to follow the courses of nature and social laws, law must be based on natural sciences and social sciences. Law is the result of the comprehensive application of natural sciences and social sciences. The addition of “scientificity” expression in the definition of “law” has important practical significance for the construction of a law-based society in China.
