超声引导下微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的效果

Effect of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive circumcision for the treatment of benign breast tumors

目的探究对乳腺良性肿瘤患者行以超声引导下微创旋切术治疗的效果。方法 56例乳腺良性肿瘤患者,根据入院先后顺序分为对照组和研究组,每组28例。对照组患者予以常规切除术治疗,研究组患者予以超声引导下微创旋切术治疗。对比两组患者的手术时间、愈合时间、住院时间、术中出血量、瘢痕长度、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者的手术时间、愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,瘢痕长度短于对照组, VAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率为3.57%,对照组为21.43%,研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺良性肿瘤患者采用超声引导下微创旋切术治疗可取得确切效果,且安全性对比高,临床价值显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive circumcision for the treatment of benign breast tumors. Methods A total of 56 benign breast tumors patients were divided by admission order into control group and research group, with 28 cases in each group. The control group received conventional resection, and the research group received ultrasound-guided minimally invasive circumcision.Comparison were made on operation time, healing time, hospitalization time, intraoperative hemorrhage volume,scar length, visual analogue scale(VAS) score, and occurrence of complication between the two groups. Results The research group had shorter operation time, healing time and hospitalization time than the control group, less intraoperative hemorrhage than the control group, shorter scar length than the control group, and lower VAS score than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The research group had incidence of complications as 3.57%, which was 21.43% in the control group. The research group had lower incidence of complications than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive circumcision shows affirmative effect for patients with benign breast tumors with high safety and significant clinical value.
