现阶段脑卒中复发非常普遍,一旦复发将进一步加重患者已有症状,致使其病死率大幅度升高,所以,在脑卒中首发后要尽早施行二级预防,预防或降低复发风险,纠正可干预的危险因素,尽量延长患者生命,改善其生活质量。

Recurrence of stroke is very common at this stage. Once recurrence, it will further aggravate the symptoms of patients, resulting in a significant increase in mortality. Therefore, secondary prevention should be carried out as soon as possible after the onset of stroke, so as to prevent or reduce the risk of recurrence, correct the risk factors that can be intervened, prolong the life of patients as far as possible and improve their quality of life.
