摘要
以硝酸铁、硝酸、磷酸和黄磷为原料,先混合磷酸和硝酸铁,通过使用黄磷与溶液中的硝酸反应,调整了反应体系的磷铁比,通过反应,过滤,沉化过程,合成了磷酸铁,并实现了磷酸铁的粒度控制。通过实验发现,当温度在80℃时,添加70mL0. 1mol·L^-1的HNO3溶液,以及2. 5g黄磷,并对所制备的粉体进行陈化,当陈化时间为2h时,做制备的磷酸铁的粉体粒径最小,并使用激光粒度仪与扫描电镜对此时的粉体进行形貌与粒度的表征,并且表征情况良好。实验结果表明在最佳实验条件下所获得的磷酸铁为3-5μm类球形颗粒,该颗粒由片层结构组成,而片层结构由其一次粒径为30-50nm的类球形磷酸铁颗粒所构成。
Using ferric nitrate,nitric acid,phosphoric acid and yellow phosphorus as raw materials,first mixing phosphoric acid and ferric nitrate,and adjusting the ratio of phosphorus to iron in the reaction system by using yellow phosphorus and nitric acid in solution,through reaction,filtration,sedimentation process,synthesis Iron phosphate is used and particle size control of iron phosphate is achieved.When the temperature is 80℃,70 mL 0. 1 mol·L^-1 HNO3 solution and 2. 5 g yellow phosphorus are added,and the prepared powders are aged.When the aging time is 2 hours,the sizes of the prepared iron phosphate powders is the smallest.Laser particle size analyzer and scanning electron microscope are used to characterize the morphology and size of the powders,and the characterization is good.The experimental results show that the iron phosphate obtained under the optimal experimental conditions is a spherical particle of 3-5 μm,which consists of a lamellar structure.The lamellar structure is composed of spherical iron phosphate particles having a primary particle diameter of 30-50 nm Composition.
