摘要 对封头用低碳当量Q345R钢进行了合理的成分、轧制工艺及热处理工艺设计。通过试验模拟恢复性能正火热处理后的不同冷却工艺,对比分析其组织和性能,确定了合理的性能恢复热处理工艺。结果表明:Q345R钢恢复性能正火后采用水雾喷淋冷却处理,材料可以获得良好的强韧性匹配。 The reasonable composition, rolling process and heat treatment process design of low carbon equivalent Q345R steel for head plate were carried out. Different cooling processes after normalizing heat treatment were simulated and the microstructure and properties were compared and analyzed. The reasonable performance recovery heat treatment process was determined. The results show that, after normalizing for the properties recovery of Q345R steel, water mist spray cooling treatment is used to obtain a good match of strength and toughness.
