摘要
采用通道式合金分析仪、光学显微镜、拉伸试验机、洛氏硬度仪、扫描电子显微镜观察分析了锯片的化学成分、微观组织、力学性能和洛氏硬度以及断口宏观和微观形貌,并结合锯片开裂现场工况条件进行了失效分析。结果表明:该锯片的断裂是由于锯片使用时失稳和生产时不当的热处理工艺等因素所导致。
The chemical composition, microstructure, mechanical properties, Rockwell hardness and fracture morphology of the saw blade were observed and analyzed by means of channel alloy analyzer, optical microscope, tensile tester, Rockwell hardness tester and scanning electron microscope. Failure analysis was carried out under the condition of saw blade cracking on site.The results show that, the fracture of the saw blade is caused by the instability of the saw blade during using and the improper heat treatment process.
