摘要
为解决液压支架顶梁护帮耳座损坏后维修困难的问题,设计了一种采用螺栓联接的可更换护帮耳座,确定了适合其使用的联接类型,介绍了主要结构组成,通过对可更换护帮耳座的受力分析,完成了结构的强度计算,同时对可更换护帮耳座的结构设计提出建议。
In order to solve the problem of difficult repair after the damage of the flipper unit of the hydraulic support roof beam,designed a changeable flipper unit with bolts connection.The suitable connection type was determined.The structural composition was introduced.Through the analysis of the changeable connection flipper unit,the structure strength was calculated,and offered a force structure design proposal of the changeable flipper unit.
