摘要
针对刮板输送机现用软启动装置的缺陷,提出了一种用于刮板输送机磁力软启动装置,具有缓冲启动、环保、节能等优点。依据磁力软启动的工作原理,分析了将其运用于刮板输送机软启动的可行性。基于电机电流设计功率平衡方案,利用MATLAB/Simulink建立仿真模型,对控制系统进行仿真,并分析在电机负载突变情况下的功率平衡控制。
Aiming at the defects of the existing soft driven device of the scraper conveyor,a soft driven device of magnetic force for the scraper conveyor was proposed,which has the advantages of buffer driven,environmental protection and energy saving.According to the working principle of soft driven of magnetic force,the feasibility of applying it to soft driven of scraper conveyor was analyzed.Based on the motor current design power balance scheme,MATLAB/Simulink was used to establish a simulation model to simulate the control system and analyze the power balance control under the sudden change of motor load.
