摘要 矿山多绳立井摩擦提升钢丝绳的首绳更换是提升系统正常运行必不可少的。传统首绳更换工艺具有耗时耗力、存在安全隐患、更换工艺复杂等一系列突出问题,为了弥补传统人工换绳的不足,实现首绳更换工艺的安全性、高效性,介绍了采用换绳车进行首绳更换的工艺,并着重分析了采用换绳车更换首绳的安全性,阐述了该换绳工艺的特点及优势,旨在对矿山多绳摩擦提升机的首绳更换作业提供指导。 The replacement of the first rope of friction hoisting wire rope in multi-rope mine shaft is indispensable for the normal operation of the hoisting system.The traditional replacement process of the first rope has a series of outstanding problems,such as time-consuming and labor-consuming,a large number of potential safety hazards and complex replacement process.In order to make up for the shortcomings of traditional manual rope replacement and realize the safety and efficiency of the replacement process of the first rope,introduced the use of rope changing vehicle for the first rope replacement changing the process,the safety of replacing the first rope with rope changing vehicle was emphatically analyzed.The characteristics and advantages of the rope changing process were expounded.The purpose is to provide guidance for the first rope replacing operation of multi-rope friction hoist in mines.
