摘要 研究了一种矿用销轨齿面淬火的方法,用该方法设计了一种新的齿面淬火感应器,阐述了感应器的设计过程及设计要点,并论述了该方法的加工工艺过程,确定了加工工艺参数。将该感应器与专用设备配合使用,极大地提高了齿面淬火效率,改善了产品质量。 A method for the quenching process of mining pin-track tooth surface was studied.A new type of tooth surface quenching inductor has been designed.The design process of the inductor and the key points were introduced,the machining procedures was discussed,the process parameters was determined.The inductor is used in conjunction with special equiement.This design has greatly improved the efficiency of tooth surface quenching,and the product quality has been extensively improved.
