摘要
针对某型支架护帮板损坏情况,首先分析了护帮板的功能和对应的2种试验加载方式。通过刚性区域法,着重进行了改进前开口式护帮板和改进后箱形梁式护帮板的扭转分析,得出扭转工况受力更为恶劣,该工况下的弯扭合力是其损坏主因。箱形梁的扭转刚度远大于开口截面梁,设计中应将护帮板设计成箱形梁结构,保证结构强度。
Aiming at the structural damage of sprag,studied its functions and two corresponding loadingtest on the sprag.By the means of defining a rigid region,makes focus on the analysis of the sprag with open section and closed section separately.It shows that the worst state of sprag is loaded by torsion,the bending and torsion integrated stresses is the reason of structural damage.Because of spag with closed section has more torsional stiffness than the one with open section,the sprag should be maded with closed section to ensure the structure serength.
