ZYW-4000液压钻机分体式机架的优化设计及加工

摘要 基于ZYW-4000钻机的机架,对钻机机架的结构进行优化设计和加工工艺优化,将原机架体和导轨整体焊接式体结构改为导轨和机架体采用螺栓联接的分体式机构,使机架结构更合理,使导轨磨损后具有可更换性,提高了机架的使用寿命,大大降低了机架的加工难度。 Based on the frame of ZYW-4000 rig,the structure of the frame was optimum designed and the processing technology was optimized.The integral welded structure of the original frame and the guide rail was replaced by the split mechanism with bolt connection between the guide rail and the frame,which makes the frame structure more reasonable,makes the guide rail replaceable after wear and tear,improves the service life of the frame and greatly reduces the processing difficulty of the frame.
