纯水支架内进液千斤顶防腐工艺的选择与验证 被引量:3

摘要 为了防止纯水支架介质与内进液千斤顶的活塞杆的深孔、实心活柱的深孔产生电化学反应,进而产生锈蚀,提出了采用化学镀镍、熔覆铜合金及SY001处理3种不同的处理工艺应用于纯水支架千斤顶的防腐。通过对3种工艺的分析与应用效果进行比较,结果表明:化学镀镍工艺对零件加工精度要求高;熔覆铜合金工艺无法实现深长细孔的处理且价格昂贵;而SY001处理工艺既对零件加工精度要求不高,又可以进行深孔处理且具备良好的防腐效果,可见SY001处理是纯水支架内进液千斤顶防腐工艺的最佳选择。 In order to prevent the electrochemical reaction between the pure water support medium and the deep hole of the piston rod and the deep hole of the solid movable column in inlet jack,and then producing corrosion,three different treatment processes,including electroless nickel plating,cladding copper alloy and SY001 treatment,were put forward to the anticorrosion of Jack of pure water support.Through the analysis of the three processes and the comparison of the effect after application,the results show that the electroless nickel plating process requires high machining accuracy of the parts;the cladding copper alloy process can not realize the treatment of deep,long and thin holes and is expensive;the SY001 treatment process doesn′t require high machining accuracy of the parts,can also treat deep hole and has good anticorrosion effect.The SY001 treatment process is the best choice for anticorrosion of liquid jack in pure water support.
